THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Not printed onto a bag. Made into one.
Most bag suppliers buy stock bags in bulk and overprint a logo onto them. That's not what happens here. Every bag starts as a blank sheet of paper - and your brand is built into it from the very first step.
Each bag is folded, glued and finished
The cut sheets are folded and glued into finished bags - handles attached, bases reinforced. Every bag in your order is made this way. There is no pre-made bag that your logo was added to afterwards.
Your artwork is flexo-printed onto the paper
FSC/PEFC-certified paper from Italy is fed through the press and printed with your design - up to 6 colours, on both sides. Because the whole surface is printed before the bag is made, your bag can be any colour you choose. The bag doesn't exist yet. It starts here, as printed paper made specifically for your order.
The paper is cut to your bag size
The printed paper is cut to the precise dimensions of your chosen bag format — one of six standard sizes, selected to suit your products, your counter, and how your customers carry things.
Delivered direct to your door
Direct from the UK manufacturer to you - typically within 5–10 working days of artwork approval. We manage the whole process and keep you updated throughout.

What changing regulations mean for you
Workplace recycling rules require paper and card separation from March 2025 (micro-firms until March 2027). Paper bags are part of that stream - and our bags are ready for it.

Rather than give you a misleading average, we prefer to quote on your exact specification - it only takes 24-48 hours once we have your details. We price to be competitive with quality UK alternatives. We won't undercut cheap overseas imports, and we're honest about why: the quality difference is real, and so is the lead time difference.

Typically 5-10 working days from artwork approval. That's not an estimate we give and then miss - it's a lead time we confirm before you commit. If you have a specific event, launch date, or seasonal deadline, tell us early and we'll work backwards from it. Rush production is sometimes possible; we'll tell you honestly whether it's feasible for your job and what it involves.
